---

The 8mm Mauser, also known as 8x57mm JS, is a classic full-power rifle cartridge with a long history in military and sporting rifles. Sellier & Bellot loads this round with a 196 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) bullet, providing a traditional non-expanding projectile for target shooting, practice, and recreational use. The bullet's metal jacket encloses a lead core, while the heavier 196 grain weight reflects the traditional projectile configuration associated with this cartridge. Sellier & Bellot has been manufacturing ammo since 1825, and offers 8mm Mauser owners an excellent factory load from an established European Company.
