Developed to deliver high velocity from a semi-automatic handgun, the .357 SIG is a bottlenecked pistol cartridge known for its distinctive case design and use in compatible semi-automatic pistols. Sellier & Bellot loads this cartridge with a 140 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) bullet, featuring a metal jacket surrounding a lead core. The non-expanding bullet design makes this ammunition suitable for target shooting and range practice, offering an alternative to hollow point loads intended for other applications. Sellier & Bellot's long history of ammunition manufacturing adds to the appeal of this European-made cartridge.
