This ammo was disqualified for LE sales due to primer sealant issues. There are two known issues with the ammo's primer sealant. First, on some rounds the primer sealant is sloppy and smeared across the headstamp. Second, on some rounds there is no primer sealant at all. This is a nickle plated brass case with a bonded lead core projectile.
