1. It will come via Fedex Ground and a signature upon delivery will be mandatory no mater if you accept or decline signature confirmation in checkout, meaning that a human will have to receive the package in person and sign for it so make sure to ship it somewhere that you or someone you know can be there to sign for the delivery. From our point of view it does not matter if it is your home, workplace, mom's house, best friends house, etc etc, just somewhere that someone will be to sign for the package.
   
2. It will be packed in a USDOT approved, UN POP-tested box that is clearly labeled as "Explosive, 1.4G, Ammunition, Incendiary UN0300". There is no sort of 'discrete packaging option', everyone who sees the package will know exactly what is in it.
3. We are limited to shipping a maximum of 1000 pounds per pick up vehicle, so there may be delays in shipping and having the package picked up even if it is ready to go. In such cases, orders will be loaded out in the order they were received as capacity permits. Expect up to a 14 day wait time from the day you place the order to when you receive it (It may be faster / more normal transit times). 
4. All shipping and hazmat fees are included in the price of the product.
5. Hazmat items can only be shipped with other hazmat items, non-hazmat items cannot be shipped with hazmat items, meaning if you order this item, your order cannot include regular ammo, the order may only contain this item and other types of hazmat products. Regular ammunition is not considered hazmat, it is considered 'Limited Quantity' hazard class and is not regulated in the same way this ammo is regulated.
6. PHMSA (which is part of USDOT and the smallest of all federal law enforcement agencies), has the authority to walk in my warehouse door any time they want and review all shipping records for HAZMAT (Incendiary) type ammunition like this. Hazmat shipping records are required to be retained for 2 years from the date of shipping the package and are then destroyed. While sales of this product, as well as any other products we sell, are never directly reported to the government, PHMSA has the authority to check records on the sale of this item. If you have any issues with the US federal government knowing you bought this product, then DO NOT BUY IT, because PHMSA has the authority to come check shipping records for HAZMAT shipments whenever they want. PHMSA does NOT have the authority to check shipping records for regular non-hazmat ammunition, so they CANNOT and will not be allowed to look at records related to the shipment of non-incendiary ammo.
7. Absolutely no returns. Given the hazmat nature of this product there is no way for you to ship it back to me or for me to send Fedex to return it to me. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, no returns, no discounts over superficial issues. This product is sold As-is, all sales are final.

Factory New Lake City MFG. This is not the average re-manufactured or reloaded M8 or M20 ammo that is more commonly sold, this is the real deal factory LC new ammo. This ammo was bound for the battle fields in the deserts of the middle east before we got to it. I'm saving some 50 cal ammo for myself these days and this is it - SG. We were able to get a small quantity of this ammo that was originally manufactured for a government contract that ended up being canceled due to COVID-19 and left the factory hanging with the inventory they had made for that contract. This ammo has an armor piercing incendiary projectile that will disperse high temperature sparks upon a high velocity impact with a hard target which is intended to ignite flammables. This is factory new Lake City ammo, M8 appears to be made in 2019 and M20 appears to be 2016 mfg based on headstamps in the cans I examined, however other dates are possible. Keep in mind the annealing and staining from manufacturing processes are still visible, this is normal with this ammo and does not effect functionality. Mil-spec requires that the annealing mark on the case neck be visible so the ammo is not polished and there for looks stained and spotted and will have some tarnish on the brass. If you are into cosmetic perfection you may need to lightly polish some rounds. Please look at the pictures closely
