I am not impressed with the Aguila 124 fmj 9mm. It continuously sprayed sparks and little fliers of burning powder. It is very easy to shoot and is accurate and knocks down the steel plates and feeds and extracts flawlessly in the Ruger American 9mm pistol. I can shoot other brands with the same results, exhibiting a bit more power without having my forearms showered with sparks. It will work well but I sure would not use this any place you could start a brushfire from rocketing burning powder or sparks from burning powder. In spite of the strange sparking it left the slide and bore clean.
I compete in USPSA and IDPA regularly. I don't reload and this is some of the best ammo I have shot. Low recoil impulse for factory ammo but still makes power factor limits. Controlled pairs are easy and after the last 2000 rounds I shot I am buying more. Every round went "bang". No failures to feed or fire. Great ammo at a great price.
This ammo for this price is stupid good!! I mean geez no price rapping goin on here. I tell you what such a good deal I loved it bought me 5 more cases. Never have a problem with the firing of this ammo or nothing but to go buy me another couple cases. Dave Bob in RI. may God bless all you precious souls.
If you are wanting 124 grain 9 mm ammunition then Aguila is a good buy at this price. I've shot a few boxes of this ammo out of the case I bought and I have no complaints
